Service Loaners

Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to offer complimentary loaner cars for your convenience. To ensure a smooth process and maintain the quality of our service, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Fuel & Condition: We kindly ask that you return the loaner vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had at the time of pick-up. Should the vehicle require additional fuel, a charge of $5.00 per gallon will be applied. Additionally, any damages to the vehicle or rims will incur respective charges.

2. Required Documents: To facilitate the loaner process efficiently, please bring with you to the desk the following documents:

   - A current and valid insurance card.

   - A valid driver's license.

   - A credit or debit card.

3. Credit Card Hold: A hold of $200.00 will be placed on your credit card. This hold will be removed once the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was loaned out.

Please ensure you have your insurance card, driver's license, and credit or debit card ready to present at the desk. This will help avoid any delays in getting you into your loaner vehicle and ensure timely service for all our customers.
